A family camping trip goes from picturesque to tense in the trailer for Good One, writer/director India Donaldson’s debut feature about 17-year-old Sam (Lily Collias) going on a camping trip with her dad Chris (James Le Gros) and his old friend Matt (Danny McCarthy).
From the start of the trailer the movie looks like a fairly light-hearted coming-of-age drama, but then the tone starts to shift when three strangers arrive to share the family’s camping space.
Good One is in theatres from Aug. 9.
