Happy Dylan Crews week, Razzballers! Hope you were able to snag him in every RCL except the ones I am playing in with you. Twenty-two weeks are in the books and we’ve got five weeks left to go. We’ve finished 80.7% of the season. If you’re planning to hit the 1400 IP max, you should be around 1129 IP, plan accordingly. If your ratios are pristine and you only want to hit the minimum, you should be sitting at 807 IP. As of right now, we’re looking pretty good on the IP min front: 417 teams have reached the 1000 IP minimum (79%) and only 28 teams are on pace to fall below 1000 IP. Most of those are probably abandoned, but if one is you and you’re reading this, go pick up some starters ASAP! Meanwhile, 192 teams are on pace to hit 1400 IP. Two teams won’t have to worry about that as they have already hit the 1400 IP max. The first to do so was prymal2 (RCL 27) on Thursday. Here is their pitching staff in order of IP for the team:
Logan Webb
Cole Ragans
Nestor Cortes
Luis Severino
Cristopher Sanchez
Garrett Crochet
Jared Jones
Reynaldo Lopez
Luis Gil
Emmanuel Clase
Gerrit Cole
Yu Darvish
And several more under 25 IP. They finish with a 3.41 ERA, 1.188 WHIP, 1401 Ks, 88 Wins, and 47 Saves in 1405 IP. Pretty darn good, though they probably could have traded a starter for some more saves at some point. Maybe now they can stream the heck out of offense and make up ground there. They currently sit in second place, three points out of first.
Dillondobies (RCL 28) hit the limit on Sunday and are currently in third place, 1.5 points off the lead. Here’s the rest of what happened in week 22 in the Razzball Commenter Leagues:
Each week we’ll peek in at our resident ‘perts to see who is laying claim to best “expert” RCLer in the land. We’ll take notes, check the standings and generally stalk them. The heading is also hyperlink, so feel free to follow along as we go.
Another BIG week from Grey who led the league in Runs, HRs (thanks, B_don), and RBI as well as IP, Wins, Saves (despite trading away 22 closers), Ks, and WHIP. Grey added 5.5 points to move into the 90s, with 91 points and is now just 1.5 points out of first. Son gained 2.5 points this week as well or we’d be looking at a new leader. Going the other way this week was Kirksey, who lost 7.5 points and fell to a season low, seventh place.
Each week we’ll also take a look at the top ten overall standings in our other Razzball sponsored league, the RazzSlam. This is our NFBC Best Ball league with managers from all across the industry, from content providers to fans and readers just like you.
Our final twenty teams if my math is correct:
These twenty will be battling it out for RazzSlam glory! Stay tuned!

TEAM OF THE WEEK
Our weekly shout out to the team that killed it the previous week.
Team: gilsonschmilsson
League: RCL 10
Stats: AVG: .268, R: 54, HR: 16, RBI: 57, SB: 6
IP: 81.2, ERA: 2.64, WHIP: 1.029, K: 95, W: 6, SV: 7
Summary: A very across the board great week for gilsonschmilsson, I enjoy when a balanced team takes the TOW. Corey Seager led the way with three home runs and seven RBI. Mark Vientos, Jeremy Pena, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., and Jake McCarthy each chipped in a couple homers. The six steals came from six different players. Talk about team players! Gavin Stone (Win/17 K/0.64/0.643), Bowden Francis (Win/12 K/1.13/0.50), and Bryan Woo (Win/12 K/2.02/0.60) led the pitching staff. Shane Baz and Kyle Harrison also made nice contributions. Mason Miller added three saves, while Ryan Walker had two saves and ten strikeouts in four innings. With 95.5 points gilsonschmilsson now has a 9-point lead atop RCL 10. Good luck finishing strong!
