As April comes to a close, the retail sector reflects on a month of a positive month. There have been a slew of positive trading updates from companies such as Primark and George at Asda.

There have also been some not-so-positive trading updates from luxury groups including Valentino, Kering and Burberry.

TheIndustry.fashion has curated a list of the retail stores that have opened this month as well as a number of partnerships from Mango, Victoria Beckham and The Seam.

Shein furthers ties to UK with debut pop-up in Liverpool

Shein laid more roots in the UK, first with an HQ in Manchester and now with its debut pop-up shop at Liverpool ONE.

Charity Super.Mkt returned to Brent Cross with Instagram-worthy concept stores

Charity Super.Mkt, the department store for second-hand clothing, returned to London’s Brent Cross with two concept stores that present a new way of shopping sustainably.

Danish sportswear brand Hummel teamed up with US cereal company Kellogg’s, and specifically its Corn Flakes brand featuring mascot Cornelius the Rooster, on a limited-edition lifestyle collection of jerseys, T-shirts, socks and sneakers.
