- Gold and copper production company, Aura Minerals (TSX:ORA:CA) (OTCQX:ORAAF) board of directors and Comissão de Valores Mobiliários have approved a forward split of the Brazilian Depositary Receipts ((BDRs)) on the basis of 3 BDRs for 1 BDR currently outstanding.
- Currently, there are ~19.26M BDRs with no par value issued and outstanding, upon completion of the BDR split, there will be ~57.77M BDRs with no par value issued and outstanding.
- BDRs will be traded ex-rights to the split from July 11.
