New Jersey-based AvePoint (NASDAQ:AVPT) is thinking of a second listing in Singapore, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the matter.
AvePoint — which provides a cloud-native data management software platform and counts Singapore’s 65 Equity Partners among its investors — is working with advisers on a potential listing, the report added.
The potential transaction could take place as early as in one year. Details such as size and timing are under discussion, but plans could change, as per the report.
