Franklin Templeton announced that it will liquidate and dissolve ClearBridge Focus Value ESG ETF (BATS:CFCV).
The liquidation is anticipated to occur on or about November 5, 2024.
After the close of business on October 8, 2024, the fund will no longer accept creation orders.
The proceeds of the liquidation are currently scheduled to be sent to shareholders on or about November 5, 2024.
Shareholders may sell their shares of the Fund on Cboe until the market close on October 29, 2024.
