PARIS — The Dior Suite will stage a redux at the Majestic Hotel during this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
The French luxury house is poised to pamper stars with its white-glove skin care and treatments at the beauty suite during the duration of the festival, which runs from Tuesday to May 25.
This year’s Dior Suite will again boast natural décor elements, with the house’s signature toile de Jouy in a coral hue, juxtaposed with bamboo and raffia furniture. Images of the sun and decorative shells give a luxe beach vibe, while sculptures of animals (think a giraffe and lion) allow visitors to dream of exotic escapades.
Catherine Bourgeois and Delphine Langlois will bring the first graduates of their Académie des Facialistes in Paris to give customized treatments, including exclusive massages, in order to prepare skin for the Dior Prestige treatment range and makeup applications.

Hairdressers will use Dyson technology, marking the first time the Dior suite welcomes the brand.
Dior’s Lucibel mask using red LED light to stimulate skin, promote regeneration and boost the production of collagen and elastin is to take center stage in the suite. The sweeping space, spanning 3,770 square feet, will nestled be on the sixth floor of the Majestic Hotel.
A beauty area is to be set up at the Terrasse by Albane rooftop restaurant of the JW Marriott hotel. The Dior Pro Makeup Team there will include Junior Cedeno, Normal Pohl, Jamie Coombes and Emmanuelle Geoffrey. International makeup artists Aurore Gautier, Phophie Mathias, Fred Marin, Alexandra Schiavi, Yumi Endo and Christina Lutz will be wielding their brushes, as well.
Previous celebrity guests to visit the Dior Suite have included brand ambassadors Natalie Portman, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lawrence, Johnny Depp and Robert Pattinson. Uma Thurman, Kristen Dunst, Pierre Niney and Carla Bruni are among other star-studded talents to get the Dior treatment.
