- Fokus Mining Corporation (TSXV:FKM:CA) said on Thursday it will undertake anon-brokered private placement for minimum aggregate gross proceeds of $1.5M.
- The offering consists of: $500,000 in proceeds raised via the issuance of units at $0.05 per unit and $1M in proceeds raised via the issuance of flow-through units at $0.08 per FT unit.
- Fokus (FKM:CA) intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for expenses incurred in connection with the exploration on its Galloway project and for general corporate and working capital purpose.
