Ice Spice has hit back at people who have been commenting on her alleged weight loss.
In recent weeks, the Bronx rapper has shown off a notably slimmer figure, leading to rumors that she has been taking the weight loss drug Ozempic.
Speaking on X Spaces on Monday (August 19), Spice addressed those who have been speculating about her body.
“I actually came on here to talk about that real quick. I wish y’all never learned the word Ozempic,” she said. “That’s one thing I wish. Oh my God! Like, what even is Ozempic? What the fuck is that? Genuinely, what is that?
“You lazy-ass bitches never heard of a gym? It’s called the gym, it’s called eating healthy, it’s called being on tour. Like, what the hell? Maybe if I was sitting at home all fucking day, it’d be easier to stay big.”

Sexyy Red previously came to Ice Spice’s defense after people started commenting on her apparent weight loss.
Addressing the rumors that Spice was taking weight loss medication, Sexyy remarked: “Y’all act like people can’t b stressed or not eat as much and she still look good so next…”
Despite the speculation over her appearance, fans have still been enjoying Ice Spice’s social media thirst traps.
She recently shared a dump of pictures on Instagram, with one of the photos showing a sweaty bum outline on the seat of a gym machine — proof that Spice has indeed been putting in work in the gym lately.
Another slide found the “Munch” star flaunting her famous derrière in a revealing thong bikini, soundtracked by a her recently released “Did It First” collaboration with Central Cee.
The post arrived amid rumors about the young rap stars being in a romantic relationship after the duo were spotted shopping together in London.
Footage that surfaced in early July showed Spice and Cench leaving a high-end fashion store in the English capital, accompanied by bodyguards. The “Deli” and “Doja” hitmakers were also seen chatting and sharing a laugh while shopping for jewelry and riding in a white Lamborghini SUV.
Ice Spice has since denied that she and Central Cee are an item, clarifying that they are strictly friends — or “twins,” as she termed it.
Spice previously confirmed last year that she was “dating someone,” although she declined to reveal the identity of her partner, saying she wanted fans to “keep their focus on what I’m here for, which is music.”
