Nicki Minaj Wins Retraction In Settlement Over Blogger’s Cocaine Use Claims

Nicki Minaj has reportedly scored a major victory in a settlement with a blogger who accused her of serious misbehavior.

TMZ wrote that Minaj settled her suit against Marley “Nosey Heaux” Green, a blogger who posted a video about the star back in September 2022 claiming that she was a “cokehead.”

The terms of the settlement, TMZ says, include Green admitting that everything she said about the Pinkprint rapper and cocaine was untrue, and that she had no evidence for her claims.

In addition, Green cannot say another thing about Nicki and cocaine, or her child, or even retweet comments about the rapper doing anything illegal. Each violation will reportedly cost Green $50,000.

Green posted her original comments, for which she has now admitted she had no evidence, in a video on September 12, 2022.

“[Nicki] is shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose,” she said. “Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly. But we all know it’s true. Fuck, listen. I can’t even say ‘allegedly’ with that ’cause I, we all know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.”

Green was also been accused of making “vile” comments about Minaj’s son and calling her family’s bloodline “disgusting” in addition to saying her son would need therapy because her “baby is going to be a rapist, too.”

In response, Minaj tweeted a portion of a TMZ article about her suit against Green in which her attorney Judd Burstein said: “When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name ‘Nosey Heaux’ because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment.

“Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate. My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.”

While Minaj insisted “Nosey Heaux” was a “nobody” in the court documents, Burstein pointed out the “cokehead” video garnered more than 2,000 likes and more than 250 retweets on Twitter. Minaj’s suit was for defamation and she originally asked for at least $75,000 in damages.
