Sexyy Red received the fright of her life from a “demonic ghost” while being pranked by one of the creators of Punk’d.
In an episode of the recently rebranded show, which is called Punk You, that aired on Wednesday (October 9), the St. Louis rapper has a terrifying run-in with a faux poltergeist.
In the clip, Sexyy and her team are staying in a rental house when the “SkeeYee” star begins to get spooked as lights flicker on and off and the TV becomes staticky.
When a creepy young girl takes over the television, à la The Ring, Sexyy jumps up off the sofa and lets out a terrified scream before declaring, “I’m getting out of here!”
After returning to the living room and momentarily regaining her cool, Sexyy completely loses it after spotting a “ghost” outside and items start falling off shelves.
Eventually, the rapper’s crew come clean about the poltergeist prank, leading Sexyy to breath a sigh of relief and joke: “I’m still leaving!”
She added on X (formerly Twitter): “I got punkd yal! [three crying emojis]” alongside a clip from the episode.
Other rappers to be featured in the first season of Punk You include NLE Choppa and DDG.
Things aren’t entirely spooky in Sexyy Red’s world right now.
Earlier this week, Kodak Black shared how grateful he was to be part of her Sexyy Ted 4 President Tour by gifting her a lavish Maybach sprinter van.
A video of the moment, which took place at some point following the duo’s show in Tampa, Florida, captured Sexyy’s stunned reaction after being surprised by Kodak’s generous gesture.
“Thank you Yakkkkkkkkk,” she captioned the clip on her Instagram Stories.

Kodak was added to Sexyy’s tour in July and the two appeared to quickly form a bond. The following month, Sexyy offered her tour opener some words of support following his admission that was feeling lonely and unloved.
“What’s up Yak? I seen your post,” she said in a video posted online. “Muthafuckas don’t love you if you ain’t got no money for them. I said I feel you, Yak. It’s okay. We finna go on tour. Fuck them hoes. You gon’ thug with me, okay?
“We both got some money, we gon thug, we gon’ have fun. Fuck them broke hoes. I’ma turn you up.”
