Spain’s September annual inflation rate down to 1.5%, lowest since March 2021

• Spain’s annual inflation rate was confirmed at 1.5% in September, the lowest since March 2021, down from 2.3% in the prior month.
• CPI decreased 0.6% in September 2024 over the previous month.
• The annual core inflation rate in Spain decreased to 2.4% in September, the lowest since January 2022, from 2.7% in August.
