- The medical waste disposal company is working with an adviser as it considers its options, according to a Bloomberg report on Friday, which cited people familiar with the matter.
- Stericycle (SRCL) could see interest from other medical waste management providers as well as infrastructure funds, the report said. The company has a market cap of $4.2 billion.
